Here’s a panorama of our lot from a couple years ago. Alas, pine beetle has killed our trees. We are planning on building our dream home on this lot. It’s next door to the family farm, Flying Horse Farm and is just above Gellatly Bay in West Kelowna. Our plan was to sell our home in East Vancouver, which we did in September 2012, move to the Okanagan, and build on the site of a decommissioned water reservoir.
